JGLZ candle–type diatomite filter is a type of filter high and new technique, which is researched and developed by us to fill in the gaps of the products of the same kind. It can be used in many fields such as beer, millet wine, beverage, medicine and biological engineering. The particles, yeasts and other microbes in the fluid media can be rid of effectively after filtration. The filtrate can thus turn clear and clean. (Set beer as an example, the mixing turbidity could be as low as below 0.5EBC). A kind of special filter part- filter candle sticks, which are a certain number of hollow metal sticks with special structure and constant space in between each other, is one of the best filter parts till now for its high efficiency and conveniency of cleaning. It is ideal diatomite filter equipment for its small operation space, high efficiency and low running cost.
The filter system consists of front stabilization tank, diatomite mixing and adding tank, main filter, back stabilization tank and other filter parts. Precise filters are provided for our customers to make further improvement on the quality of the wine and to extend its storage period. The filter system is PLC controlled and screen touching operated, in this way the whole process automation can be realized.
